BV Rent goes Digico with two SD8 consoles
"As a rental/production company, we have to consider the evolution in the technical riders. We adapt to the demands of the market and therefore we have chosen to buy two Digico SD8", said Inge Ramaut, owner of BV Rent."A few years ago we toured with a band that used in-ear monitoring. By then we already were interested in the Digico D5. The only barrier was our budget, told Inge Ramaut.
"The combination of a console with all the Digico features, a stage rack and their famous audio quality for less than half the price of a D5 was a dream come true. We have made the decision to replace two big analogue consoles with two SD8 consoles."
Inge continues: "With his small footprint, internal outboard and the very userfriendly surface, the SD8 is very popular among our customers. Speaking from our experience, the customers will rather choose a Digico console. They are not only used for festivals or concerts, but also for the audio distribution at conferences."
Ramaut adds: "We are very satisfied with the console and the service of Apex. To sell a console is one thing, the after sales is another... Apex handles this after sales service as a personal commitment which adds that extra touch".
